This is great stuff - I had no idea that was hidden in there! I was able to find out how to see the statisics (click on the little book icon in the status bar), but once all corrections have been made, the icon changes from an X to a checkmark & it won't bring up the stats. How do I view the status after that? I'm guessing it's in a menu somewhere, but I haven't found it yet! Thanks for the informative post!

Hi Shelly: I am glad you found the post helpful. I was worried that perhaps I was the only one out there who didn't know about this feature. I am not sure if this will answer your question, but after I made changes, I ran it through the spelling and grammar check again to get the new results. It would be nice if you didn't have to do that, maybe we can suggest it to Microsoft! If anyone has a better answer let us know. What other features of Word do you find useful or timesaving?
