    I agree. Most customers are starved for news and information whether it's news about their industry or about how to better perform their jobs. Newsletters are always excellent value-added.

    This is very useful in helping people make tough decisions about where to spend their time, when they don't have the time to maintain multiple platforms. I'm fascinated by the subtle differences you point out between blogs and e-newsletters, especially the point about prospects wanting to see comments. I'm also going to check out the newsletter--all in all, this was a post that was very helpful for me.
